Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.

Please note that we are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
